Processing and shipping

All orders are handled the same or the next business day and will typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

The standard shipments are made as priority delivery.

Returns via customer account:

You can handle your orders & returns straight from your customer account. CREATE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT HERE.

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. 

To be eligible for return or exchange items must be unused, in it’s original package and in a resalable condition. Special note for swimwear returns: Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.

The delivery costs for returns shall be paid by the customer. If the package is lost in transit, ASUYAMA will not be responsible.

Exhanges we offer for free of charge!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if you are eligible for refund. The refund will processed and credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
